Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
The decision on the refund will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria for that:
Unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7 – 10 days from the date of authorization has to be given in case Lost in deliveries.
a. If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer. The refund will be made in the next billing cycle.
b. Seoul oasis will affect the refund on receiving the unit back.
c. The product will be refunded at the same price as it was sold to you.
d. The settlement of the refund will only be affected once the bank has refunded the money which is the next billing cycle from the date of application of refund.
e. Refund will be made through the credit/debit card only for Online Credit Card Payment.
f. Refund will be made after the Successful recheck of the requested return items at the pickup location for Cash on Delivery orders only.
g. Refund will be made through the PayPal account for PayPal payment.
To return an item, please contact our customer support at Email: Returns@Seouloasis.com or WhatsApp +971 55 813 8385 After receiving the confirmation by email or WhatsApp, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, we will send our representative within 1-2 business days to pick up the requested return item.
Any items to be exchanged, or refunded must be presented with the Order Confirmation and the Original Delivery Note as proof of purchase. No exchange, a refund will be considered without it.
1. Items to be exchanged or refunded must be presented with their complete box “as new” with inside packing, and all accessories sealed (i.e. in re-sellable condition).
2. Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned within 15 days from the purchase or delivery date.
3. Refunds shall be made in the same manner in which the purchase of the item was made. For the avoidance of doubt, items that were purchased in cash shall be refunded in cash while items purchased by credit/debit card shall be refunded to the same credit/debit card.
4. Installed items are not subject to any exchange or refund.
