Return and Refund Policy

At Seoul Oasis, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to our customer service team at CS@seouloasis.com or call 065386400 to confirm your return request.
  • Prepare the Return: Safely repack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or delivery note).
  • Schedule a Pickup: Our representative will collect the return within 1-2 business days after your request has been confirmed.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Original order confirmation and delivery note are required as proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used during the original purchase.
  • Once the returned item has been verified at the pickup location, the refund process will begin.
  • Refunds for credit card purchases made online will only be processed through the original credit/debit card.
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded to the PayPal account used.

Substitute Policy

If the returned product is out of stock, Seoul Oasis will offer an alternative product. If the substitute item is priced higher, you will not be charged extra, and if it is priced lower, the difference will be refunded.
