Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• For local deliveries within Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, RAK, and Fujairah, the standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. Shipping charges of AED 10 will apply (free shipping for orders above AED 300, T&C Apply).
• For deliveries to Abu Dhabi, the standard delivery time is 2-4 business days. Shipping charges of AED 30 will apply (free shipping for orders above AED 300).

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SeoulOasis.com (Seoul Oasis) is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Policy
