Food Colouring Powder

Eleven Dulzer food colours in powder form for confectionery, bakery, snack and beverage production in the UAE.

Nine are fat dispersible lake colours in 10kg drums. Lake pigments are insoluble and do not dissolve; they are dispersed into fat based systems such as coatings, compound chocolate, fillings and fat based icings: Ponceau 4R red E124, Allura Red, Sunset Yellow E110, Tartrazine yellow E102, Erythrosine pink E127, Brilliant Blue E133, Green E102 with E133, Lime Green and Chocolate Brown E155.

Two are powders in 25kg bags: Sunset Yellow E110, an orange yellow used across soft drinks, confectionery, desserts and snack coatings, and Tartrazine E102, a yellow used across soft drinks, jellies, sauces, snack seasoning and bakery.

Powder form allows accurate dosing into dry blends, syrups and liquid bases. Every colour is halal, is handled under HACCP food safety controls and complies with UAE food import standards, with a certificate of analysis on request.
