Return Conditions
The item must be in its original, unused condition.
Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
Original order confirmation and delivery note are required as proof of purchase.
Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been verified at the pickup location, the refund process will begin.
Refunds for credit card purchases made online will only be processed through the original credit/debit card.
