Product description
Dulzer Alkalized Dark Brown Cocoa Powder PA50, 25kg Bag
Dulzer PA50: a dark brown alkalized cocoa for beverages, bakery and confectionery
Dulzer Alkalized Dark Brown Cocoa Powder PA50 is a Dutch-process cocoa supplied in a 25 kg bag for food manufacturers, bakeries, cafe chains and beverage producers in the UAE. Alkalization neutralises the natural acidity of the bean, which deepens the colour to a rich dark brown and rounds the flavour into a mellow, smooth cocoa taste without the sharp edge of natural cocoa.
Where PA50 performs
- Hot chocolate and cafe drinks: disperses readily in hot milk and water and holds a stable, even suspension in the cup.
- Ready-to-drink and powdered mixes: consistent particle size for repeatable dosing and a clean, dark colour in cold formulations.
- Bakery: cakes, brownies, cookies, biscuits and sponge bases that need a deep colour and a balanced cocoa note.
- Confectionery and fillings: creams, ganache-style fillings, coatings and spreads.
- Dairy and desserts: ice cream, puddings, mousses and flavoured milk.
