Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Original order confirmation and delivery note are required as proof of purchase.
- Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- Once the returned item has been verified at the pickup location, the refund process will begin.
- Refunds for credit card purchases made online will only be processed through the original credit/debit card.
